SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide. Please note we are currently experiencing a large volume of orders be advised that orders will be delivered within approximately 5 - 10 business days.

Pre-orders process in 2-3 weeks, subject to change based on availability.

Orders with selected domestic expedited/overnight shipping must be placed before 12pm PST. Rush delivery weekend orders will be shipped the next business day. Excluding pre-orders.

Please be advised if you place a NEXT DAY AIR order after 12 pm on Thursday or anytime on Friday you will not receive your order until Monday. 

The shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping cost based on your zipcode/postcode .

Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer.

If in the event your order is lost or stolen upon delivery, please file a claim with carrier services within 48 business hours having the tracking number ready.
